Brief Introduction
The rotary disk sand making machine is specially used for the production of fine aggregate.
Differentiated from the “monolayer crushing” of common cone crushers through extruding the materials directly by the main crushing components, rotary disk sand making machine adopts “inter-particle crushing” to crush the materials through the combining effect of the collision and grind among the multilayer materials and particles.
Unique Structure Design
◆The electric rotary feed structure has the coarse and fine materials mixed evenly to go continuously into the crushing cavity and distributed evenly around the cavity, thus avoiding the blocks and getting the materials steady in the buffer cavity.
◆The inclination of the lower liner is smaller than the angle of materials’ natural stacking against the liner, where materials are stacked for “inter-particle crushing” while passing though the crushing cavity.
◆Reasonable strokes and spinning speed, and accurately controllable impact cycle and materials feed speed, enable materials to fall, spread out and re-orientate when the head retreats and hits back, so as to change the position among the particles, which conduces to uniform and cubic crushed products.
