Brief Introduction
GZB series vibrating feeder is a kind of stationary vibrating feeder with inclined assembly. The motor drives the eccentric shaft of vibrator and the flywheel with eccentric weight to rotate rapidly through the belt pulley. Enough exciting force aroused by the imbalance of rotary eccentric weight will stimulate the frame to generate circular vibration with certain amplitude. Due to the influence of exciting force, the materials on the inclined surface do continuous throwing motion and move on during the process to achieve even feeding.
This machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance and easy maintenance, mainly used for materials feeding in the fields of ore dressing, building materials, electrical engineering, chemical industry, etc. Jinyuan GZB series vibrating feeder consists of pan feeder and grizzly feeder.
