Working Principle
When the sand washer works, the motor drives the impeller through V-belt, reducer and gear. Materials fall into the washing tank from the feed chute, rolling and grinding each other with the impeller to remove the surface impurities and destroy the surface water vapor for easy dehydration. After washing, impurities are discharged through the outlet while clean materials are sent to dewatering screen.
When the dewatering screen works, two motors do reverse rotation synchronously to stimulate the vibrator to generate reverse exciting force so as to make the screen move longitudinally. Due to the influence of exciting force, the materials on the screen surface do periodic throwing motion, while water leaks into the tank. After dehydration, materials are transported to the finished products area by conveyor.
The sand recycling machine consists of water tank, motor, slurry pump, cyclone, dewatering screen and water receiving tank. When it works, the motor drives the slurry pump to draw out the slurry from the water tank underneath. After separated out in the cyclone, sand moves to be dehydrated in the dewatering screen and enter the sand washer again, while water is drained into the polluted water disposal area. The water receiving tank is to get together the water from the dewatering screen and return it into the sand washer.
